They’re there at every step, shaping the journey, supporting local partners and helping travellers experience the region in a more real and connected way.
NIKKI
Stanzin Yangskit (Nikki), owner of Mountain Homestays Ladakh, is a hospitality professional from Ladakh. She works closely with local hosts to shape meaningful homestay experiences, empowering communities while preserving culture and promoting sustainable tourism.
TSEWANG DORJEY
Tsewang Dorjey leads the onground operations of GHE in Ladakh and is also focused on scaling up impact initiatives through village mobilization, need assessment and community connect.
SIMAR PREET KAUR
Simar, a tourism professional and postgraduate in tourism, specializes in training and capacity development for local communities. With experience in working with homestays in Himachal, she aims to foster harmony between humans and nature through hospitality. Simar assists Nikki and her team in training homestay owners of newly setup homestays.

MAYANK PRATAP
Mayank is a tourism graduate associated with GHE’s marketing and outreach team, where he contributes to hospitality training efforts, documentation and knowledge resources.
PARAS LOOMBA
Paras is the Founder of GHE and is passionate about merging technology and tourism to bring development access to remote communities. He is an Antarctic Expedition member and a WTTC Tomorrow for Tourism Awards juror.
